Serious self-study made me realize two things in which I feel most alive: create and learn. And so Consantly Curious was born. I'm a traveler; I love the outer travels of new cities, new faces, new tastes, and new landscapes, as well as love the inner travels of yoga, dance, mindfulness, and meditation. My purpose is to share with others curiosity, exploration, travel, learning, and creation.
CURRENT CURIOSITIES
Learning Spanish
I've always wanted to become fluent enough in another language to communicate with people while I travel in a country of that tongue. So when we decided to start planning a trip to South America (Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador) next summer, I dove into learning Spanish.
Writing
A year and a half ago I started a project: I was curious to see the impacts of starting a daily writing goal. My goal is small (two sentences per day) but the impact has been huge. I'm now gearing up for Camp NaNoWriMo to try and get some traction on a novel I've been slowing building.
Sharing Music
While I've taught music for many years, I'm exploring the possibilities of how I can share one of my long-time passions online. I've recently started a tune learning session in my hometown and am recording weekly videos teaching the tunes we learn each week. Check out the videos here.
